A Letter from the Editor - issue no.3 Sneak Peek!
Hello Muzes,
It's a beautiful thing to watch the world slowly come back to life. Watching the birds return to their homes, the creeks break free from frozen slumber, the sun daring to drift across the sky for just a little bit longer every day.
I've been lucky enough to watch this transition occur on two different continents. The spring in Europe isn't too different from the spring in North America. In Europe, spring flirts its way in. It teases even on the cold days, with a bud here and a blossom there. Whereas, spring in America comes with bated breath. Anxious to arrive. Feverish to begin.
I'm looking forward to soaking up all the sun I can get. As I get older, I marvel more and more at the wonder of springtime. The way life comes back to the city. The way cold winds give way to warm. The way birdsong returns to the cacophony of music in the air.
It's magic.
XOXO,
NZM
